ABOUT THE VILLA

The villa comprises 3 master bedrooms.

Two master bedrooms in the main villa with en-suite shower rooms (double basins, shower and WC), each opening onto a private outdoor shower.

Bedroom 1: Queen-size four-poster bed, dressing room and safe.

Bedroom 2: Queen-size four-poster bed, single bed, dressing room and smart TV.

Bedroom 3: A delightful little house of 16m2, overlooking the tropical garden and lounge area, with shower room, private WC and queen-size bed.

The villa's spacious living room opens onto the sea-view terrace and the spacious, fully-equipped American kitchen, also with a sea view.

LOCATION

The villa is located in the privileged, quiet and secure residence of Park View in Cul de Sac, a charming neighborhood on the French side of Saint Martin. Overlooking Orient Bay beach, the islands of Caye Verte, Tintamarre and Saint Barthelemy in the distance. A breathtaking view. The famous îlet Pînel is a two-minute drive away. Grand Case and its restaurants are a 3-minute drive away, and the famous Orient Bay beach is less than 5 minutes.

Also close to all amenities (2 minutes by car: supermarkets, bakery, shopping...).
